With his diverse experiences, it’s fair to say Sri is ready to assist with many industries and intelligent automation configurations. At AYR, Sri has been instrumental in assisting customers with advanced automation ecosystems and has helped customers complete some of our most complex projects. What attracted you to AYR, and what is your role?

Coming from an RPA background, I see AYR as the future in IDP. I was surprised at how easy it was to learn and how accurate the technology was. I’m confident that this will be the go-to solution for intelligent automation in the near future. The ability to quickly and accurately generate insights from data is truly remarkable. AYR’s AI capabilities are helping businesses make better decisions, faster and more efficiently. AYR can solve a lot of bottlenecks in Intelligent Automation. I am excited to see what else this technology can do!

As for my role, I’m involved in giving demonstrations, assisting in onboarding customers, training new users, and conducting PoV’s (Proof of Value). I act as a bridge between our customers/partners and AYR’s outstanding engineering team.

How would you describe the AYR company culture?

It’s an engaging place to work at. I’m always learning new things, and we are encouraged to do so. Everyone here is always willing to help and assist in any way possible. Everyone is friendly and has a positive outlook on life. The atmosphere here is very relaxed yet productive. I enjoy working with the team and appreciate the camaraderie we share. It’s always great to collaborate with others who share your passion for learning and growing in our field. Overall, I’m very satisfied with my experience working at AYR.

What was the last book you read?

Fire and Blood by George R.R. Martin is a richly detailed saga of family, politics, and civil war set in the mythical land of Westeros. The novel follows the story of House Targaryen as they attempt to seize control of Westeros from those who oppose them. With its complex characters, intricate plot lines, and deep descriptions, Fire and Blood is an epic tale that kept me enthralled.

Along the way, readers learn about the Targaryen line of kings and queens, their honorable yet often doomed pursuits to keep Westeros in the hands of their family, and ultimately how they were defeated by treachery and ambition. Through this story of triumphs and tragedies, readers gain a better understanding of not only the Targaryen family but of Westeros and the struggles within it. As a work of fantasy fiction, Fire and Blood captivated me with its vivid descriptions, exciting battles, and complex characters. With its attention to detail and compelling story, I am sure George R.R. Martin’s Fire and Blood is sure to become a classic.

What is one thing that you wish people knew about your job?

I don’t know all the answers, but I’m the right guy to ask to get them answered.  I like to tell people I am a solution engineer – shortened: a solutioneer, so I am confident I can find you an answer. With the right questions, research, and working together, I know we can come up with a great solution. What problem are you looking to solve?

How would you summarize what you do to an 8th grader

I do show and tell’s of really cool technology.

No, but really my job is to help people understand what IDP can do. I’m here to answer questions, provide guidance and resources, and champion the use of IDP wherever it can be useful. So please don’t hesitate to reach out if you have any questions at all! I’m happy to help. 🙂

What inspires you about your everyday tasks?

I get to showcase cutting-edge AI technology that reduces mundane tasks, eliminating the need to enter data manually.  It makes me happy to know I am changing and improving the world of work for people. It’s inspiring when I hear from customers about how much AYR technology has made them more productive, and efficient, or made their work easier.
